https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=280214 contained a partial fix for the problem, making ControlPart ThreadSafeRefCounted. This is not a complete fix, we still had an issue with a ref/deref thread mismatch issue, related to ControlFactory -- fix that.
