-PASS Audio silent data being sent in case track is muted +FAIL Audio silent data being sent in case track is muted promise_test: Unhandled rejection with value: object "TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'stats.bytesSent')"

This was flagged properly in 281892@main then reverted (by mistake?) in 282739@main. The original comment about this failure: webrtcbin doesn't emit "outbound-rtp" stats until it's in connected state
