Right now, the lowest version of OpenXR available via system libraries is 1.0.20 (Ubuntu 22.04). It should be possible to upgrade to this version of OpenXR. Also, both in this new version of OpenXR as well as in the former version (1.0.11), there's a build error when building with GCC11. The library selects experimental filesystem over filesystem, which is in fact available for GCC11.
