This test times out in the bots, can't reproduce locally.

This seems only timing out in gtk debug mode from the past two weeks post-commit bots history (gtk release, gtk debug, wpe release). I can also reproduce the timeout for WPE debug locally. We were able to have assertion complains described in bug 265994 but not any with up to date code base. However, the analysis in bug 265994 probably still stands.
