DOM Storage layout tests should be easier to use outside of the layout test scripts. Right now, the only way to know if they're working correctly is to do a diff with the expected results since the output is somewhat nuanced. They should also print out DONE when finished. This was requested from Dave in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=27778
