REPRODUCIBILITY: 
I was able to bisect the regression on 281434@main on Ventura(22G720) x86_64 release using command. 
run-webkit-tests imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-writing-modes/text-orientation-mixed-srl-016.xht --iterations=1000

DESCRIPTION: 
On results history the first failure was at 281435@main on a Ventura machine.
