rdar://133792162 In Source/JavaScriptCore/Configurations/Base.xcconfig, Source/WebCore/Configurations/WebCore.xcconfig, we specifically override JSC_SEC_LD_FLAGS for iphoneos17.0-17.3. This is no longer necessary, so it should be cleaned up.
