In bug 277904 we handled the case where a MediaSession's Metadata was set but didn't contain information about artwork. But we have sites such as Band Camp that do not set a MediaSession's Metadata at all. Under such circumstances we should use the default favicon if provided or the "apple-touch-icon" if any.
