When browsing various pages, "AuthenticationServicesAgent-STP" will pop up in the dock, bouncing for a minute or so. When it stops bouncing, it stays in the dock, but it is "Unresponsive" (Right/Option clicking the icon). Only way to remove it is to force quit. I do not see anything in the process list (ls -ef) with that name. I do see that app/library in the /Applications/Safari\ Technology\ Preview.app/Contents/MacOS folder.
