The underlying issue isn't obvious, looking further, might take a while.

Meanwhile, a workaround would be to download the archives from the buildbot pages, For e.g. for Sonoma: https://build.webkit.org/#/builders/938/builds/9946 (Step 10, 'Archive' link)
