DESCRIPTION: 
fast/events/shadow-event-path-2.html 
is a flaky failure since 280405@main landed. In the commit, changes were made around "mouse events"

REPRODUCIBILITY:
I was able to bisect the regression with the command on 280405@main
run-webkit-tests --root fast/events/shadow-event-path-2.html --iterations=1000
