Just came across another potential clean-up here from Blink: Blink Commit: https://github.com/chromium/chromium/commit/087c89766ea4939c200c526b446ad15b5dbbba5f Just raising so we can do similar clean-up. I did locally and it didn't regress anything in SVG animations. Thanks!
