ews is not posting status-bubbles in GitHub comments, it is posting the status-bubbles in the PR description, but not in the GitHub comments. It is expected to post the same status-bubble in the comment as well. Instead it's just posting comments (multiple times) saying something like: "Starting EWS tests for 6e92d76. Live statuses available at the PR page, #29607"
