Pages are blank/white for 4-10s after scrolling quickly, in 2-up. https://help.apple.com/pdf/applestyleguide/en_US/apple-style-guide.pdf - right-click, switch to ‘Two pages continuous’ (2-up) view - 2-finger-scroll on the trackpad 2-3 times: ~10-20 pages; i.e quickly scroll to somewhere in the middle of the document, or even to the end. -> pages are blank for quite a while, takes up to ~10s for them to render (on M3 Max). The further you scroll, the longer it takes. At first pixellated/blurry, then turn sharp after another ~0.5-1s.
