When enabling the feature flag “Verify window.open user gesture“ on iOS/iPadOS, links to not open when clicked with touch input. On MacOS this issue does not happen. On iPadOS with mous/trackpad input this also does not happen. The comments on this page open when clicking on them with touch: https://cara.fs2c.usda.gov/Public//ReadingRoom?Project=65446 The comments on this page do not open when clicking on them with touch: https://cara.fs2c.usda.gov/Public/Letter/4562184?project=65446 This happens on multiple links across almost every website.
