I spent quite a while this morning wondering why my tests were not being imported from wpt. I found that by default import-w3c-tests pulls from a very old revision by default, which did not contain any of my tests.

One question I still have is whether we even want to allow pulling from a specified commit (which is a function that doesn't currently exist; but if we're removing `-t` we should do this now or remove the other branch as dead code).
