Go to https://gerrit-review.googlesource.com/c/gerrit/+/420877 3. inspect one of the Code-Review icons (the lack of alignment is Bug 272825 ) 4. Elements Tab opens 5. Click on <div class="vote-chip max"> Results: You see how all the styles on the middle columns 1. can't be modified with individual toggles on properties 2. Web Inspector designates the styles as User Agent Style Sheet
