[MSE] Erratic seek behavior on francetvinfo live stream

Summary
[MSE] Erratic seek behavior on francetvinfo live stream

Reported

Tested on an iPad. Loading
https://www.francetvinfo.fr/en-direct/tv.html
in Safari. I don't think it is geo-blocked btw :) Playback starts, but seeking back to a previous point on the controls timeline freezes the player, it seems to pause but not resume.

Tested in WebKitGTK too, it's even more broken: HTMLMediaElement::seek(8BB056DF96298B8C) {"value":-3296.0555981595094} Is this supposed to work? What does a negative MediaTime mean here?

I can't reproduce on either desktop, iPhone or iPad On iPad it takes a while for seek to resume but with either -10 control or using the player's controls ; seek completes and playback resume after a few seconds I think what's happening however is that often when you attempt to tap on the control, it also issues a call to "pause" and so you have to press play again.
