[Description] Insert `<input type="file" accept="image/*" capture="camera" id="file-input" class="file-input"> ` into html and load in WKWebView, the camera page present and then dismiss quickly

Confirming that This bug presents on iOS 17.5 beta in Safari. It affects both <input type="file" accept="image/*" capture="environment" /> and <input type="file" accept="image/*" capture="user" /> elements.

yes, it's present only in iOS 17.5 beta
