This doesn't happen on all sites.

1. Open STP 192
2. Go to Web Inspector
3. Open the timeline
4. in the browser window, Enter https://developer.apple.com/documentation/safari-release-notes/safari-17-release-notes
5. Wait for the timeline to stop recording
6. Click on the Network row
7. On the name Column, ctrl+click on the HTML resource, the first one.
8. Select Reveal in Network Tab

Result:
it opens a new window for this URL, and doesn't bring to the Network tab.

After re-testing it behaves correctly.
