Summary Resuming an interrupted `git webkit pr` produces a commit message without links

Reported 2024-03-19 15:51:28 PDT
1. Make a change on main. 2. `git webkit pr`, answer all questions to get bugs created. 3. When a commit message pops up for editing, realize that there were other changes in the tree, so I don't want the PR submitted just yet. 4. Delete everything from the commit message, so that git interrupts the process. 5. Undo the unnecessary changes in the tree. 6. `git webkit pr` again. Results: a new commit message is generated with placeholders instead of Bugzilla or Radar URLs, so I have to go search for recently filed bugs to find mine.
