1. Go to https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=194289 2. Open "attachment 361197 [details]" 3. Try to scroll the box 4. Extremely poor rendering performance Rendering is so slow that if you open Inspector and try to highlight an element the whole page will freeze up.
