This is a bug to remove the Quirk needsAnchorElementsToBeMouseFocusable which was created for Bug 267779 1. Open Safari 2. Open Develop -> Developer Settings -> Check Disable Site-specific hacks 3. Go to https://vote.gov/ 4. Click in the form below Register to Vote 5. Select California Result: Redirection to https://vote.gov/register/ca/ The radar is not needed anymore. This is working.
