Right now, both the "search" and "suite" endpoint use a hard-coded limit (50000 maximum limit, 5000 default limit). These limits should be parameterized so results database instances can change them. Additionally, the default limit for suites should be more in line with that of "commits", since suite requests are 5-10 times larger than an individual test request.
