In https://commits.webkit.org/274168@main we started uploading full build logs to S3 instead of streaming/uploading to buildbot (since these logs can be huge and slow down the server itself). That one was for EWS, but we should do similar thing for build.webkit.org steps. For e.g.: for jscore-test logs which can be huge, we should upload them to S3. e.g.: 126k log lines in jscore-test step in https://build.webkit.org/#/builders/24/builds/32864
