Summary [ews-build] Upload jscore-test logs to S3

In https://commits.webkit.org/274168@main we started uploading full build logs to S3 instead of streaming/uploading to buildbot (since these logs can be huge and slow down the server itself). We should do the same to jscore-test (and similar) logs.

Add attachment proposed patch, testcase, etc.
