Thank you for the report. Could you please clarify what aspect (or aspects) of this you consider to be covered by this bug? It's not entirely clear because the current title sounds like expected behavior to me. The screenshot looks wrong in perhaps a couple of ways.

I mean that the app banner should be hidden when the the element is in fullscreen. The app-banner seems to "push" the fullscreen element a bit down as well.
