A video on a BBC News page is very stuttery 1. Safari-SunburstC-Production-SafariGlow-main-274861@main-1708112622_f71967ed74a6.app on SunburstD23D49 2. Load https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-68228943 3. Scroll down to the video, zoom in (see screenshot) 4. Play the video 5. Video stutters and drops frames in the middle 6. GPU process is using 150% CPU
