This test intermittently hangs and, for whatever reason, the harness doesn't detect this; causing the whole EWS step to time out, e.g.: https://build.webkit.org/#/builders/24/builds/32010 The hang seems to be due to lock contention but we should skip right away to make EWS happier while working on the best fix.
