Serializer generation currently does not support nested conditions, not for the lack of intention, but just because it hasn't been needed so far. The tvOS/watchOS/gtk ports do not build successfully in https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/pull/22710 though because nested namespaces are not correctly stacked. Let's fix that!
