Created attachment 469563 [details] testcase 1 STR: 1. Load attached testcase. 2. Adjust the width of your browser window. ACTUAL RESULTS: The cyan element gets taller with each window-resize "tick", i.e. each incremental relayout. EXPECTED RESULTS: No such change in size.

I tested: - Epiphany aka gnome-web (based on WebKit) on Linux - Safari 17.0 on macOS Sonoma (via BrowserStack) and I can reproduce the bug (unbounded growth of the cyan area on window resize), in both of those.

I am able to reproduce this on WebKit ToT (273582@main) as well. Cyan continues to grow on window resize.
