media/track/track-webvtt-no-snap-to-lines-overlap.html

It is a constant image failure on Sonoma ToT, and since Sonoma bring up.

This issue can be reproduced using this command: 
run-webkit-tests --release --iterations=1 -1 media/track/track-webvtt-no-snap-to-lines-overlap.html>
