Hi Team, Ignore the dumb bug title, will investigate later but wanted to raise this bug so we can track. Test Case - https://codepen.io/iamegamind/pen/bGwmpVg?editors=1100 ^ In WebKit ToT / Safari 17.2.1 does not show text inside 'circle'. Works in Chrome Canary 122 and Firefox Nightly 123. StackOverlfow: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/65685528/svg-text-doesnt-render-on-safari-but-renders-on-chrome Just wanted to raise. Thanks!

I know "LBSE" don't deal with Text yet but still would be good to track the broken cases in LBSE as well for future quick references.

Removing 'LBSE' tag since it is now working on ToT (275797@main).

Works in LBSE, so I added [LegacySVG] to title.
