We added `SYS_psynch_rw_wrlock` to our macOS Network process sandbox in Bug 230961, but did not do so for our iOS sandbox. While we do not frequently need this thread synchronization primitive, telemetry shows that we do hit this during some Network operations that attempt to log state. <rdar://113525576>
