Here is the stack of that strange event that setting pdf offset to 0. After pdf rotate, there may occurs a weird event that reset pdf scrollview's offset to 0; Causing it jump to the first page after rotate. And sometimes the the size is also incorrect after rotate. But calling "webScrollView.contentInset = webScrollView.contentInset" may continue to finish the rotate event of pdfHostViewController, and then reset the offset to the right one. This bug can not repro on simulator, only repro in real device. And sometime, the behavior is also different for release build and debug build.
