Open this one of the links in Safari: https://cdn.svgator.com/testing/safari-cursor-errors/index.html https://codepen.io/dr_cube/pen/OJdGrjg?editors=1100 2.) Scroll down and hover every element to see the cursor changes (you will see four types of cursors) 3.) Open a new tab 4.) Wait 3-4 minutes, switch to the previous tab and hover again the elements. You will see one type of cursor stuck for all elements (around 3:37 on the video). (The issue also produces in a lot of other cases as well, yet this is the step by step guide it will always produces it.)
