The WPE default build now depends on libbacktrace, we should add this deps to the layers. This update also includes a major change for the performance of the boards that are used for the perf bots - switch CPU frequency governor from powersave to schedutil https://github.com/agherzan/meta-raspberrypi/pull/1243

This also depends on bug 266351 as Cog is currently broken with RPi4+Cog:DRM
