The following API tests are timing out on ToT on Sonoma Release arm64. The issue started occurring on 270888@main.

    TestWebKitAPI.FullscreenVideoTextRecognition.AddVideoAfterEnteringFullscreen       
    TestWebKitAPI.FullscreenVideoTextRecognition.DoNotAnalyzeVideoAfterExitingFullscreen
    TestWebKitAPI.FullscreenVideoTextRecognition.TogglePlaybackInElementFullscreen

Reproduction:
I was not able to reproduce the timeout test locally by extracting the public webkit build.

Two more API tests are timing out within the same culprit range with the same configuration:

TestWebKitAPI.WebKit.IsAnyAnimationAllowedToPlayBehaviorWithIndividualAnimationControl
TestWebKitAPI.WebKit.MSEIsPlayingAudio
