Description:
TestWebKitAPI.MediaLoading.LockdownModeHLS test is failing frequently on Sonoma Release with arm64

Result:

REGRESSION:
I was not able to find suspected commit that can caused this regression in between https://commits.webkit.org/compare/271835@main...271847@main.
