Created attachment 468981 [details] Testcase This is an issue that stemmed from bug 265028. In the attached example an element has a `filter: blur()` and a `background-image` set to a `conic-gradient()` where the angle value animates by animating a custom property. It shows some pretty severe rendering artifact on macOS Sonoma.
