I have write a demo, https://stackblitz.com/edit/vue-6dnfq8?file=src%2FApp.vue If I want to implement the ax about nested radiogroup by role, not by input[type='radio'], VoiceOver will failed to announce the correct items Due to the internal implementation of [addRadioButtonGroupMembers](https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/blob/dad71ad30e4b44e43f3c72b7e53b049cbae18d87/Source/WebCore/accessibility/AccessibilityNodeObject.cpp#L1213)
