Description:
http/tests/webgpu/webgpu/api/operation/rendering/indirect_draw.html became flaky on macOS ToT and since the test was enabled in 269846@main.

This issue can be reproduced by using the command: 
run-webkit-tests --iterations=10 --debug http/tests/webgpu/webgpu/api/operation/rendering/indirect_draw.html
