Description:
fast/clip/overflow-hidden-with-border-radius-overflow-clipping-parent.html is constantly failing on Sonoma on ToT. The test has been failing started from May with set test expectation, later this month the test expectation was updated back to fail. 

This issue can be bisected to 264419@main using the command: 
run-webkit-tests --release --iterations=10 fast/clip/overflow-hidden-with-border-radius-overflow-clipping-parent.html

264419@main - FAIL 10/10
264418@main PASS 10/10
