The page I'm working on has a select box that is dynamically updated.

Intended behavior:
You click on any of the list items and the select box updates.
Steps to reproduce:
Open up web inspector.
Click on any of the list items and the select box updates differently.
Multiple clicks will show different values in the select box.

There are some odd behaviors that can occur (eg, see Bug 24403 ) when the web inspector is docked instead of when it is in a separate window.  Does your behavior happen in both cases - docked and undocked?

Do you have an example, public web page that exhibits the behavior, besides the graphical depiction that you attached?

This is not the same as bug 24403.
