When playing Counterstrike in Safari 17 on macOS 14, I don't hear audio.

This was originally reported by Saam in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=251648, and I can reproduce the issue in Safari 17 on macOS 14.

I do not understand what is supposed to happen when you go there. @Andy Do you have better steps to describe/reproduce the issue? ah login… then downloading a lot of stuff. :/ all the sound files are in wav format. Isn't that just the simple answer for it. Aka this is not a sound format supported on safari?
