REPRODUCIBILITY:

I was able to reproduce this issue on macOS Sonoma (14.0, 23A344/arm64) ToT using the following command:

run-webkit-tests --verbose --clobber-old-results http/tests/media/video-webm-stall.html

REGRESSION:

This test was failing until 268820@main, at which point it began constantly timing out. The information about the constant text failures before 268820@main is in bug #236788.
