Are a constant text failure on macOS ToT and since 268554@main(dashboard viewable history).

This issue can be reproduced using command:
run-webkit-tests --release --iterations=1 -1  compositing/repaint/iframes/composited-iframe-with-fixed-background-doc-repaint.html

- The rebaseline (269479@main) caused the test to consistently pass until the bots updated SDK.
