It seems commits.webkit.org is broken. All links result in a 403 Forbidden error page, e.g.:

https://commits.webkit.org/268528@main

Tested with Epiphany, Firefox, and wget:

$ wget https://commits.webkit.org/268528@main

Bug 262221, bug 262213 and bug 262164 plus some configuration changes appear to have mitigated this.
