The “Get” button on the following website does not load when my mobile internet connection slows to 64kbps. Instead of “Get”, the button displays “LOADING” and the button is NOT clickable. The website loads correctly and is clickable when using high speed data. JavaScript problem? Timeout? https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/p/out-of-line-209cbb

Generally, I would expect this to be a website issue, to be diagnosed by the website development team first.
