Hi Team,

Another failing test case in Safari Technology Preview 177 from Blink's commit:

Test Case: In URL (passes both in Chrome Canary 118 and Firefox Nightly 118)

Haven't explored whether we can merge it or not but thought to raise it for future tracking purposes.
